Our Colomba, handcrafted with selected, high-quality flours expertly blended with premium French butter, is the result of a long leavening process: 72 hours with sourdough starter for exceptional softness and greater digestibility. It's a completely natural product: no preservatives or colorings are used to give it its golden color and enveloping aroma.
