• Ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, water, lard, brewer's yeast, salt, joker acti-plus (wheat flour, anti-caking agent, calcium carbonate (E170), antioxidant, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes (wheat), extra virgin olive oil.
 
• Allergenes: gluten. The product may contain traces of: soy, milk, sesame, mustard, eggs.
 
• How to store: store at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
