NON PERISHABLE PRODUCTS are shipped in Italy and in the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, the Principality of Monaco, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
Due to the time required for the courier to reach some destinations that would not be compatible with the conservation of PERISHABLE products, Scaravelli.it does not ship these products abroad and to the smaller Italian islands.
To verify the feasibility of a shipment of PERISHABLE products to your address and receive a personalized quote, you can send an email to info@scaravelli.it specifying the products of interest with the relative sizes, the destination address of the goods and a phone number.
SCARAVELLI.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
If a reception or concierge is available at the shipping address indicated, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff in presence.
Delivery time
SCARAVELLI.IT ships via GLS courier.
Available NON-PERISHABLE items are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
SCARAVELLI.IT, to protect the integrity and fragrance of its PERISHABLE products, ships them only Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday. These are fresh, non-precooked products that cannot be stored in the courier's warehouses over the weekend in the event of a delivery delay.
SCARAVELLI.IT cannot guarantee specific delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure or damage to the package contents during transport. The estimated delivery time from the date of shipment is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). The following days are considered holidays and the courier does not ship and/or collect: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th

Traceability of the shipment
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from the GLS courier with a link that allows them to customize the delivery details by tuning it for the day and time slot of their best convenience/availability (on demand delivery).
Delivery of the order and return policy
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. In the presence of dents and / or partial opening of the package or any other obvious and evident damage to the delivered product, the Customer is obliged to accept with reserve the goods delivered by the carrier upon signature for the delivery of the goods, demanding the indication in writing of the discrepancies found. In the absence of this indication, the buyer will lose the right to replacement and / or refund. In case of non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address, the Customer can contact the carrier directly at the contact details provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail where the tracking number is indicated.
In case of defective products or in any case of non-compliance with the orders placed, the Customer has the right to restore the conformity of the product without charge by replacing it.
The Customer loses this opportunity if he/she does report the lack of conformity to SCARAVELLI.IT later than 48 hours from the delivery date resulting from the courier's website.
