Method of shipping

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS that require refrigerated transport and thermal container
(for fresh pasta, elvezia, pesto for risotto)

• Over 10 Kg - € 1.80 / Kg
NON PERISHABLE PRODUCTS that can withstand ordinary non-refrigerated transport without a thermal container
• Less than 3 Kg - 20 €
• from 3 to 10 Kg - 25 €
• Over 10 Kg - € 2.30 / Kg
Shipments are made exclusively in Italy (excluding minor islands): SCARAVELLI.IT does not deliver abroad or to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
If a reception or concierge is available at the shipping address indicated by the Customer, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present. 

Delivery time

SCARAVELLI.IT ships to Italy via DHL courier.
Available items are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. SCARAVELLI.IT cannot guarantee any strictness regarding the delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure or damage caused by the contents of the package during transport.
The estimated delivery time from the date of shipment is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). 
The following days are to be considered holidays and the courier does not ship and / or collect: 1st January, 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December , December 26th. 

Traceability of the shipment

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from SCARAVELLI.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
When the order is being delivered, customers receive a text message on their mobile phone directly from the courier that notifies them of the imminent arrival at the destination of their purchase (usually the day before delivery or the same day). 

Delivery of the order and return policy

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. In the presence of dents and / or partial opening of the package or any other obvious and evident damage to the delivered product, the Customer is obliged to accept with reserve the goods delivered by the carrier upon signature for the delivery of the goods, demanding the indication in writing of the discrepancies found. In the absence of this indication, the buyer will lose the right to replacement and / or refund. In case of non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address, the Customer can contact the carrier directly at the contact details provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail where the tracking number is indicated. 
In case of defective products or in any case of non-compliance with the orders placed, the Customer has the right to restore the conformity of the product without charge by replacing it. 
The Customer loses this opportunity if he/she does report the lack of conformity to SCARAVELLI.IT later than 48 hours from the delivery date resulting from the courier's website. 
Any written communication to the Company and any complaints will be considered valid only if sent to the following email address:
