Every day in our open-style laboratory, chefs and pastry chefs work with passion and professionalism high quality raw materials, selected with scrupulous attention to their Italian and local origin. Strolling under the arcades of Piazza delle Erbe, in the heart of the historic center of our beautiful Mantua, you may run in a “sfoglina” at work that kneads, rolls the dough or fills the pumpkin tortelli by hand, to admire one of the our pastry chefs while preparing the typical sbrisolona dough or being surrounded by the scent of our fresh from the oven traditional cakes.
