Typical Mantua leavened product (panettone style) filled with almonds, toasted hazelnuts, dry Marsala and rhum. In this revisited version with the addition of pistachios in the filling and covered with icing, white chocolate and chopped pistachios.

• Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, water, butter, egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, fructose, salt, natural flavors, honey, flour treatment agent E300. Stuffed with almonds, chopped pistachios, marsala, rum (sulphites).
Glaze: Nobel Bianco (sugar, vegetable fat with palm and coconut, skimmed milk powder, white chocolate 20%, pistachio 5%, lactose, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, natural flavourings, colors E141i, E161). The glaze may contain nuts, milk, soy.
